All bookings are first come first serve. 75% retainer is due when booking. Remaining balance is due the day before your event BY NOON. Our main location is Atlanta GA.  All clients must be fully checked into their hotels ON TIME. Late arrivals or late check in's will be CHARGED FOR WAITING TIME and or may not be completed successfully. Please plan to be out of the Hotel or Airbnb between Check in time and 10pm or when we confirm room is completed. Please be mindful that we will be decorating multiple rooms per day. Please check in an hour early or at check in time. If you are staying at a hotel the day before, please inform us so we will complete your setup FIRST.
